As per this comment, the in-tree bundle files are necessary for backwards compatibility with early beta VS code releases. However, they currently do not match the generated files that the plugin actually uses.
This adds an automatic test to generate the files and compare the outputs to the in tree file with bazel. Running
bazel test //...will test it, and you can run withbazel run //:write_2024_year_bundle
